Sometimes the entire chimney’s structure is compromised beyond repair and a complete rebuild is needed. A rebuild is required when a chimney has severe spalling of bricks or is experiencing serious mortar deterioration. Upon inspection we are able to determine what type of rebuild is needed.
There are 3 common types of chimney rebuild services.
• Partial chimney rebuild: completed on a chimney in which only a portion of the chimney has been compromised.
• Roofline up rebuild: completed on a chimney in which the entire portion of the chimney above the roofline has been compromised.
• Complete Chimney rebuild: completed on a chimney in which the entire structure of the chimney from the ground up has been compromised
